Pixel Anthology provides an extensive portfolio for you to review before purchasing to be sure that you are comfortable with my design style. A design questionnaire will then be completed by you to get an idea of your style and preferences for the design. Once the questionnaire has been completed I will begin the design phase of the project. Once an initial design is sent there are 3 revisions included with the purchase of your custom website design. For any revisions beyond the three, additional fees will apply. If you are still not completely satisfied with the designs after three rounds of revisions you can continue to commission Pixel Anthology at the rate of $50 per hour.
Custom design completion time will vary depending on the nature and detail of the design. I do my best to give you the most accurate time estimate although sometimes it may be a little longer than my original stated timeframe.
If you are having any custom work done I ask that you please be available to approve your item “proofs” and to answer any questions I may have for you throughout the designing process until your items are complete. If I do not hear back from you within 24 hours then I must move on to my next custom order which may delay the completion of your site.
Quotes will be honored for up to 30 days. After that time a new quote may be requested.
Paypal is the preferred payment method. If you wish to pay by credit card you can also do so through Paypal even if you do not have an account with them.
A deposit of at least 50% of payment is required before your custom design can begin. The remaining balance will be due once your design is completed and prior to your website being installed at your chosen hosting company.
Once I begin the designing process there are no refunds on custom graphic design orders. NO exceptions.
A 50% percent deposit is required in order to be added to my current queue.
